Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak times or sales, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping Areas:

  • We currently ship within the UK and to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.

3. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. Track your order here.

4. Delivery Issues:

  • If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at info@lapparel.co.uk for assistance. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates from our courier partners.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition
  • Returned items must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging with all original tags attached
  • Free from any stains, marks, or odours including but not limited to:
    • Makeup
    • Fake tan
    • Deodorant
    • Perfume/fragrance
    • Food or drink (e.g. ketchup, coffee, sauces)
    • Pet hair
    • Cigarette or body odour
    • Sand, dirt or grass
  • All pockets and packaging must be empty and clean. Items with:
  • Tissues or personal items left inside
  • Evidence of wear or improper handling
  • Signs of having been worn outdoors or washed
  • will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
  • Sale items, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • Return Shipping & Instructions Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are not provided by Lapparel Boutique (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

    We highly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. Our preferred couriers are:

    • Royal Mail (Tracked 24/48)

    • InPost Locker (Select a tracked option)

    If you have any additional questions please contact us at info@lapparel.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lapparel.co.uk. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
