Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Returns:

- Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging with all original tags attached
- Free from any stains, marks, or odours including but not limited to:
- Makeup
- Fake tan
- Deodorant
- Perfume/fragrance
- Food or drink (e.g. ketchup, coffee, sauces)
- Pet hair
- Cigarette or body odour
- Sand, dirt or grass
- All pockets and packaging must be empty and clean. Items with:
- Tissues or personal items left inside
- Evidence of wear or improper handling
- Signs of having been worn outdoors or washed
- will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
- Sale items, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.
